Instruction:
Place numbers from 1-5 (1-4 in the example) in all the cells so that they do not repeat in rows and columns. These numbers represent heights of the buildings. The building is visible only when it is higher than all the buildings in front of it. The arrows point in all the directions where the number of visible buildings from that cell is highest.
