Sum 5 to 15 Sudoku (1104)

Apply classic sudoku rules. There are 22 outlined cages in the grid that have sums between 5 and 15. Every sum is used exactly twice and the combinations of digits never repeat. Some of the sums are already given. Digits may repeat in a cage.
